It’s always important to drink enough water to stay hydrated throughout the day. But when the temperatures are this high, drinking just another glass of water for the umpteenth time isn’t so appealing. But you don?t have to grab an unhealthy soda drink to keep your taste buds satisfied! With these lovely fruit combinations, your bottle will be empty before you know it.

Try some of these recipes when you need to cool down! Simply add the ingredients to a jar or pitcher and add water and ice cubes. If you want a stronger taste, you can muddle (“squash”) the ingredients with a wooden spoon. Don’t forget to cool it for about 20 minutes after you added the ingredients!

Strawberry cucumber mint lime

Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup cucumber, sliced
2 limes, sliced
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves

1 orange, sliced
1/2 lemon, sliced

Ingredients:
1 cup of blueberries
1 sprig fresh rosemary

Ingredients:
1/2 mango, sliced
1 handful fresh basil

Pineapple – orange – ginger

1/2 cup pineapple, cubes
1/2 orange, sliced
1 tablespoon ginger, freshly grated
