Now that spring has almost arrived I find myself buying flowers almost every week.?There is a reason flowers are the most given gift in the world. Besides the fact that flowers are beautiful en cheer up the (living) room, flowers may serve more than just a nice decoration. A 10-month long study showed that flowers have a positive effect on day-to-day moods and stress. According to the study, flowers have an immediate impact on happiness, causing delight and satisfaction. They also have a long-term positive effect on depression, anxiety and agitation. Smelling flowers has a proven relaxing effect on our muscles.


So flowers truly make us happy. They also bring you on an emotional level closer to people around you like family member and friends.
