Apple cider vinegar is a great health booster. How does it work? Regular use of apple cider vinegar keeps your ph-levels balanced as well as your blood sugar levels. It supports digestion and it helps to detox your liver.

A great way to get the best out of your vinegar is by drinking it. Not straight from the bottle of course, that would be torture. But these 3 detox recipes are actually quite good and easy to make. Here we go:


With a bite
1 big glass of hot water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp raw honey
pinch of cayenne pepper

Just mix it all together and drink it hot. Or, for those hot springdays that are on the way, cool down in the fridge and add a few icecubes.? A refreshment with a bite!

For tomato lovers
1 big glass tomato juice
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp celtic sea salt

For this drink, you really need to like the distinguished taste of tomato juice. Again: just mix it all up and drink away!

?The stinking rose?
1 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 cup raw honey
8 garlic cloves

We all know why garlic is often referred to as the stinking rose, right? Ok, this is a tough one. Tough, but good: blend all the ingredients together. Then get a glass of water and add 2 tablespoons of the mixture. You can keep the mixture in your fridge for about 5 days. Longer is ok, but it will lose some of the health properties.
