Apple & Oatmeal

a soft warm blanket

It’s an instant classic, the Rolls Royce of oatmeal breakfast recipes. Starting your mornings pleasantly comfortable is a must with those cold and dark days. This recipe feels like a soft warm blanket warming you from the inside.



3 to 4 tbsp oatmeal
200 ml water
1 apple, chopped
royal pinch of cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp grated coconut

Get a little saucepan and heat up the oatmeal with the water, chia seeds and coconut oil. Let it shimmer for about 5 minutes while constantly stirring. Poor the oatmeal mixture in a bowl and add the apple and the grated coconut. Bedazzle with as much cinnamon as you like.
